I service PC laptops and desktops. The repair cost is $150 + parts.
If parts are required I will provide a free quote and you can choose whether you want to proceed.
If I can’t fix your computer I will provide a service report of my diagnosis and can recommended next steps.
Most slow computers can be improved for low cost by upgrading the hard drive or memory. Some models cannot be upgraded due to design limitations. My main focus is to help you to select the best value option for your scenario rather than pressuring you to go and buy something new. A new computer is not always the best option, as ironically it may not be any faster than what you are currently using.
Good quality, refurbished business-grade systems are readily available from places such as AustralianComputerTraders.com.au and ozlaptops.com.au and cost a fraction of the price versus going new. Alternatively if you need a custom desktop for a specific use case I can source or build one based on your needs.

PC running super slow ?
An SSD makes any old computer feel like new and is a cheap upgrade with massive results. It starts faster, runs faster and things like virus scans and Windows updates can run in the background without ruining your flow. A new drive doesn’t mean you have to start from scratch. I clone your old drive to the new one to keep all your programs and settings intact.
SSDs are really fast. Typically 5 times faster than standard laptop drives.
Standard drives are slower, heavier, and use more power than an SSD. They also slow down as they fill up with data.
SSDs stay fast. Some brands are better than others, ask me if unsure what to choose.
Still on Windows 7, 8 or 10 ?
I can rebuild your PC with Windows 11 and provide cheap upgrade options if a new machine is out of reach.
If you don’t like Windows 11 I can customise it to look like Windows 10, or help you enroll in extended updates for Windows 10 to stay secure.
Running Low on Space?
I can clone your Windows drive to a bigger one, keeping your data and apps intact.
A clean install is recommended for best results and in some cases is the only option if a direct upgrade is not available.
